Weather is changing every second; sun shine brightly but moment later rain was falling. It’s weird; the weather is unpredictable, maybe caused by the global warming effect. Thanks for the weather, flu is easily attacks us and make us ill. To prevent it, I have some ways as listed bellow:

1. Sugar and processed foods could decrease our immune system.
2. Fresh foods for the highest quality vitamins.
3. Sleep will boost the immune system.
4. Fatigue is the first sign of a distressed immune system.
5. Wash hands frequently, soap could kill germs.
